The Disney Comics imprint was started in 1990, and a Roger Rabbit comic book series was included. The first issue was June 1990. The ‘Roger Rabbit’ series ran for 18 issues, concluding with the November 1991 issue. A second Roger Rabbit comic book series entitled, ‘Roger Rabbit’s Toontown,’ ran for 5 issues – from August 1991 until December 1991. Other Roger Rabbit comic strips appeared in the Disney Adventures magazine.
